Associations -

If you like the bagpipe as much as we do you gotta' these check out.

Orange County Fire Authority Pipes and Drums. An authentic Fire Department Pipes and Drums band located in Orange County, California, USA. They were created in late 1997 by Fire Captain Marc Stone after several tragic losses to our department. After receiving additional help from Engineers Tommy Harris and Shawn McDaniel the band became an official function of the Fire Authority in March 1999.

   R. P. Blandford & Son, Ltd. Imports from the British Isles. They offer the highest quality imported goods from Great Britain. All of our items are made in Scotland, with the exception of some of our quality sporrans, which are made in Canada. We carry a complete line of Scottish Highland dress (most items in stock), woolens, jewelry, music & videos, pipe band & dancer supplies, and gifts.

Kevin R. Blandford, Memorial Pipe Band. 2007 Western United States Pipe Band Association Grade 3 Champions. The Kevin R. Blandford Memorial Pipe Band now has over forty pipers and drummers in its Grade 3 and Grade 4 bands and continues to grow. Although the Band is based in Redlands, California, USA, it draws members from throughout the United States including Central, Southern and Northern California, Tennessee, Massachusetts and British Columbia, Canada. The band is now under the direction of award winning Pipe Major Matt Nonnemacher and world champion drummer, Drum Sergeant Eli Fugate, formerly of the world pipe band champions House of Edgar Shotts & Dykehead Pipe Band.

The Heathen Highlanders. Providing quality entertainment to Scotts, drunks and Irishmen - who don't know the difference. It all started one late October night in 2005; Mike, Ian and Dave met together on the Piper Down stage to show the crowd what they had. They struck in, and the bar went wild. From that moment on, the idea that was to become the Heathen Highlanders was born. Time passed, and the group has grown to be six members strong. They perform at bar shows, conventions, weddings, funerals, bar mitzvahs, and any other events imaginable. No job is too odd. This rag tag bunch of miscreants are dedicated to blaring loud Scottish and Irish bagpipe music, emptying barrels of punch, wooing lonely women and having a lot of fun. They are easily recognized by their lack of uniformity and complete disregard for the rules of traditional piping. If you happen to run into one of these guys around Salt Lake City, don’t worry; everyone but Steve has received their rabies shots. Just drop a dollar in the jug and enjoy.
