Ordering ProcedureOrdering is as simple as 1 - 2 - 3.
Your items will now show up in the PayPal shopping cart. Click on Continue Shopping to purchase more items or click on Proceed to Checkout when you have selected everything you want. If you are a PayPal member you can follow the on screen prompts to sign into your PayPal account and proceed as you normally would. If you are not a PayPal member you can still use their services to pay for your order without having a PayPal account. Simply follow the on screen prompts to complete your order. Shipping InformationShipping for in-stock items usually take 1-2 days for order processing. If you would like to check the availability of any item before ordering simply send an email to customerservice@threadprinters.com with the Item Number, Color, Sizes and Quantity desired of the item(s) in question and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount purchased. Ground, 2-7 days: Purchases Totaling up to $65.00, Shipping is $6.50 Purchases Totaling $65.01 to $110.00, Shipping is $9.50 Purchases Totaling $110.00 and up, Shipping is $14.50
Priority, 1-3 days: Purchases Totaling up to $65.00, Shipping is $9.50 Purchases Totaling $65.01 to $110.00, Shipping is $12.50 Purchases Totaling $110.00 and up, Shipping is $17.50
NOTE: Shipping time does not include the 1-2 days for order processing.
Tax Residents of California are required to pay 7.75% tax on all orders. Sorry, it's not my idea!
Returns We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Although we strive very hard to make sure everything manufactured is as it should be, we realize that sometimes things don’t come out as expected. We therefore have the following return policy. Defective merchandise must be returned with 30 days. Merchandise not defective may be returned postpaid within 30 days for a cash refund or within 60 days for store credit. No returns after 60 days permitted. All returns must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number assigned before anything can be shipped back to us. To request a RMA, simply complete the form below. If you have trouble with the form you can email us at customerservice@threadprinters.com giving the specific reason for the Return, PayPal Unique Transaction ID #, Invoice #, Order Date, Name, Address and Phone Number (optional). You are responsible to pay for shipping the item(s) back to us. Do not send COD or freight collect as we will not accept such packages. For your protection insure all return packages. We are not responsible for returned shipments which are lost, pilfered or damaged. If the item is defective we will replace it and ship it back to you at no cost. We will also give you a store credit/gift certificate in the amount of what you paid to ship the item back to us. However, if the item being returned as defective is not, we will charge you for shipping to return the item back to you.
The Bottom Line We will do everything in our power to make things right, however we do reserve the right to have the final word.
